821 Sea Duck Drive
Daytona Beach, FL
Main Problem was leaky valley in rear.
"Previous roofer tried twice and it only got worse"
This was a very long valley that needed repair badly:
Here with half of the tiles removed
Here with the metal out, Marshall points to just a couple of problems.
Red arrow points to where previous roofer worked twice but could not fix the leak...
Yellow arrows point to problems further up the valley. This is a good example of why when there
is a valley leak the best bet is to do the complete valley to solve the problem.
A close up shows cracking in the under-layment
Under the valley is all repaired and sealed, and the metal is going back in.
Edges of the metal will be sealed for extra protection and then the tiles will be re-layed.
