This is a concrete tile roof in St. Andrews,
about 20-25 years old.
Main problem, lead over rear screen porch.

Water is coming in at the bottom of this valley.

Here is the valley before we did anything.

After we took off the tiles we see debris....leaves, etc and some stuff left behind by the previous roofer.

With the metal up and out, we can now see the problems.

The biggest problems are the openings at the bottom of the valley in the under-layment.
