Main problem: Leaks
in the rear over the bathroom
and also over windows in rear bedroom.
This is a 52 year old concrete
"S" tile roof with a
flat roof in the rear which was replaced in 2005.
The homeowner said that the bathroom had
leaked for several years prior to our arrival.
Here the tiles have been removed, and the problem is identified.

Cracks in the under-layment is allowing water intrusion.

All of the cracks have been repaired and now the tiles are being replaced.

Here the tile are replaced and job is just about complete.
