Protect your home and property with a......
Hurricane Hip and Ridge Retro-Fit
A new service provided by The Tile Roof Specialists

  • Sometimes after a few years the hip and ridge tiles come loose allowing a dangerous situation to exist.

  • The tiles are easily lifted by winds and it does not take hurricane force winds to flip them off the roof and into your yard, driveway or neighbor's property.

  • Just imagine what damage could be caused in a real hurricane if your hip and ridge tiles are not adhered to your roof.

  • If you see cracks in the mud (cement) which holds your ridge/hip tiles
or you see slipped or disheveled tiles you should give us a call for a free
    inspection.

  • Click on the links below to see the wind tunnel video and a video
of a typical "hip and ridge retrofit" which you should find interesting.
If you have any trouble viewing the videos or proposal, please let us know.

How it's done....

Ridge and Hip tiles are carefully removed one at a time

Polyset being applied to the roof deck

Tile adhesive is applied in one, two or three beads to fill the gap, then each tile is
sprayed with adhesive and re-installed.
The Polyset Foam adhesive expands
and secures the tiles to the deck.
