Here is what you might get if you hire someone 
with little or no tile roof experience or the "roofer" that gives the:
 "Low price bid" 
Be careful hiring a roofer with limited experience on tile roofs.

  • Most roofers only work on tile roofs a few times a year. 
  • We work on tile roofs everyday!
  • Yes it's true.... "You can always find someone to do it cheaper!"
  • It is unfortunate that we hear so many horror stories
    about roofers who don't do the job they promised.
  • As you can see below, there is something to be said about: 
    competence, dependability, attention to detail and experience. 
  • It is the law that anyone working on a roof must have a certification (license) from the county or state! 
    We are licensed and certified by the state and can work anywhere in the state.
    We are also insured.
  • Advice: Just check out whoever you hire to prevent this from happening to you.
  • The folks who own the homes below had to pay more (2 or 3 times) 
    because the " roofers" they hired did not solve the problems.

Why pay twice to get it fixed?
Below are just a few examples of the "roofer" who did not fix the leaks.
In some cases made it worse.


Here the previous roofer added new under-layment was installed but not sealed

also caused rotted wood, the ceiling collapsed and a bad leak continued
